Pace Travel Inc. shall mot be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of suppliers which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to your or your travel companions. We do not guarantee any supplier's rates, bookings, or reservations. We shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other conditions outside our control. By embarking on travel, you assume all risks involved, whether expected or unexpected. Prices are subject to change without notice. Your retention of tickets, reservations, letters of reservation or bookings shall CONSTITUTE A CONSENT TO THE ABOVE.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Pace Travel, Inc. strongly urges you to purchase optional Cancellation and Passenger Protection Insurance to protect your travel investment and avoid losses due to unforeseen circumstances. Many cruise lines offer trip cancellation, accident and sickness, and baggage coverage. Please ensure that your health insurance policy covers you for travel outside of the United States.

CANCELLATIONS: In addition to any cancellation penalties which may be imposed by the travel supplier (airline, cruise line, hotel, resort, etc.) Pace Travel, Inc. charges a $50 per person service and handling fee for cancellations made at any time. 

PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP: ALL U.S. CITIZENS LEAVING THE COUNTRY ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY A VALID PASSPORT.
